In my situation, my car was totaled, so I knew I needed representation. Too many people believe an attorney is inaccessible for them and so they do not fight for their rights. Thank goodness for Yelp– it helped me find Lou Cutrone. I had an accident in a common area in my apartment building and the owner attempted to refuse responsibility because she put a clause in the lease saying tenant is responsible for any injuries on the property regardless of fault. Lou found statutory and case law for me supporting my position so I could take them to small claims court as the amount of damages is so small and I am clearly in the right. So he netted nothing from his work for me. He was efficient, kind, professional and astute. He coached me on things to say and how to approach the building owner so justice can prevail!
