I have a car accident case with another lawyer with whom this whole process that lasted for about 11 months so far was the most stressful and hectic experience ever.
Since I have stopped trusting him, started to look for answers and advises to be able to understand how the personal injury cases start and finish and what to expect, cause my lawyer is full of bluff and I have no energy to deal with him.

There is one thing you need to know about Lou: he is the MAN! This was my first time ever needing to hire a lawyer, so I had no clue where to start. I knew I wanted an experienced, confident, knowledgable, unrelenting, witty, reliable, and educated attorney. I am happy to say that Lou was all of the above plus MORE.

After a very painful and traumatic experience at my apartment in my first week living in Los Angeles, Lou was there to guide me every step of the way to find justice. All I wanted was to get compensated for my medical expenses, but the insurance company of the apartment complex was giving us the run around and trying to pull a fast one on us by avoiding our demands. Lou Cutrone was amazing, he gave me advice twice,
And took the time to answer my questions and guide me.
He even told me I didn’t need a lawyer or his services, yet he took the time, twice to help me.

The insurance was giving me the runaround, and he told me the 3 magic words I should use, "California Insurance Commission", as soon as I called my insurance and said I would call the CIC they not only resolved the issue immediately but also offered me a higher pay than expected, resulting in covering everything even without gap insurance.

I am a toy designer and in my industry my work is known world wide, every day I take the time to answer questions to up and comers, and try to share of my time to help others, I truly enjoy doing so.
I told Lou that this is not the norm in my industry and when he took the time (Of his obviously busy schedule) to help me, I realized not everyone in his shoes would do this, I felt somehow what people must feel when I give them of my time.
