After my accident and injuries sustained because of a serious automobile accident I found myself down and depressed. Retaining Lou Cutrone was a good decision and I would hire him again in a heart beat.
The Details:
I was rear-ended on the 101 Fwy 3 days before leaving to Maui for vacation. I work in an Urgent Care doing trauma nursing and x-ray, so I knew I had a good 12 hrs before the pain of my whiplash injury began in earnest. I went to work, the ER doc gave me an injection of Torodol to get me thru my shift, and I called my husband and asked him to get to work on finding an attorney. No one wanted to talk to him!! He kept getting kicked down the road "referred" to others.

Finally he called Lou. Lou was on my case instantly. I met with him the following day, he got me a doctor’s appt and a physical therapy appt, and he got to work on getting my car fixed. ALL IN ONE DAY.

Time was important in my case. Had I just left for my holiday without beginning treatment things would not have worked out for me. You need a lawyer to tell you these things. Because of Lou’s hard work I had three medical appts. before leaving which helped my body heal and helped my case.

The lady who accidentally hit me (a nice person, this was truly an accident) was insured by Geico. They are horrible. Geico refused to pay for my medical care, they were impossible at every turn, and because they just kept saying "NO!" I was forced to file a suit against the nice lady who accidentally hit me (or pay all of the expenses myself.)

In the end Geico settled with us without going to court, but it took Lou months and months of phone calls and filing court papers. He really will work for you. AND it cost me nothing. I am pleased with the settlement Lou got for me. This was not an easy case, Geico made things miserable for everyone, even their own insured!

Two things:
1. Never talk to an insurance company.
2. Hire Lou Cutrone if you need an attorney.

A Third thing:
3. If you are insured by Gieco, get rid of them. They don’t have your back and they will stand by let you get sued.

Within 3 days Mr. Cutrone got the other guy’s company to accept responsibility for the accident. What a relief because I needed to rent a car and didn’t have the money and I also needed to see doctor and didn’t have insurance!
