Name of Product: Leg Press Units: About 430 Manufacturer: Cybex International Inc., of Owatonna, Minn. Hazard: The weight platform locking mechanism can fail and the backrest can disengage during normal use, posing a risk of injury to the consumer. Incidents/Injuries: Cybex has received four reports of incidents. No injuries have been reported. Description: This recall involves Cybex model 16110 plate-loaded leg presses used in commercial gyms. The leg presses have a metal frame, an adjustable backrest and can be ordered in a variety of colors. The name "Cybex" is located on the outer left side of the upper frame. Five Infant Deaths Prompt CPSC to Sue Manufacturer of Nap Nanny and Chill Infant Recliners

Nap Nanny Generation Two WASHINGTON, D.C. - In an effort to prevent children from suffering further harm, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) staff filed an administrative complaint [Complaint] [List and Summary of Documentary Evidence] today against Baby Matters, LLC, of Berwyn, Pa., the manufacturer of Nap Nanny® and Nap Nanny Chill™ infant recliners. The complaint alleges that the Nap Nanny Generation One and Two, and Chill model infant recliners contain defects in the design, warnings and instructions, which pose a substantial risk of injury and death to infants. The Commission voted 3-0 to approve the filing of the complaint, which seeks an order requiring that the firm notify the public of the defect and offer consumers a full refund.  CPSC is aware of four infants who died in Nap Nanny Generation Two recliners and a fifth death involved the Chill model.  To date, CPSC has received a total of over 70 additional incident reports of children nearly falling out of the product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Portable Generators Units: About 150,600 Distributor: American Honda Motor Co. Inc., of Torrance, Calif. Hazard: The generator’s fuel hose can leak, posing fire and burn hazards. Incidents/Injuries: Honda is aware of four incidents of fuel leaks. No fires or injuries have been reported. Description: This recall involves Honda gasoline-powered portable generators with model number EU2000i and serial numbers EAAJ-2260273 through EAAJ-2485025. The generators are black and red in color or have a camouflage design. They measure about 20 inches long by 11 ½ inches wide by 16 ½ inches tall. “Honda,” “EU converter” and the model number 2000i are printed on the side of the generator. “Companion” is printed on the side of some EU2000i models.
